The company is an exciting innovative firm operating in the energy market. They have agreements with several major electricity players, allowing them to offer unique solutions for their customers. Each customer receives a tailored electricity contract based on their own consumption and needs. This way, they can offer the best contracts in the market.

About the Position

We are now looking for a team leader who can be responsible for about 5–10 salespeople. The job includes sales, coaching, training, and budget responsibility. You will primarily be responsible for meeting the budget, as well as for the training and further development of your salespeople. You will work closely with other team leaders as a sales manager. Sales are conducted towards private individuals using the phone as a tool.

Qualifications

We expect you to have at least 6 months of previous sales experience. We are looking for someone who enjoys making contact with new people, is driven, and likes to contribute positive energy. Fluency in Swedish is a requirement.

Salary

You will receive both a fixed salary and commission based on your team's sales.
